Meet the Therapist
Susan Young
is a professional massage therapist working in Arcadia and La Cañada, California. She is a graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, Washington, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (member number 146541). She is also nationally certified through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (member number 446716-00).
Susan says one of the things she likes most about massage is how much creativity is involved. Each person faces his or her own daily challenges which are reflected in the body. Susan enjoys the challenge of figuring out how best to address the needs and goals of each client.
Susan has special training in pregnancy and postpartum massage and first-hand experience receiving massage throughout her pregnancy and afterwards. And when she can catch him, she massages her toddler son.
